Honey Pork Belly

  • 200g Pork Belly
  • 1 Tablespoon of Oil


  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons of  Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic


  1. Slice Pork belly into 6-7mm pieces
  2. Grate garlic cloves
  3. Heat up oil in a frying pan and start to cook the Pork Belly on high heat when the frying pan is hot
  4. When both sides are nicely brown, turn off the heat
  5. Wipe off excess oil
  6. Heat up frying pan again and turn to medium to add the seasoning
  7. Cook over a medium heat until the meat starts to have a nice glaze.
