Best way that we have tried was to bake it in the oven for 12 mins at 200 degrees Celsius. 

Sprinkle rosemary, thyme and oregano , sea salt and black pepper. Before you put it in the oven, put butter/ olive oil on top of the steak.

Simply delicious!

Note: Tuna / Salmon should not be overcooked as it would be dry and flaky.
