The younger shoots of green asparagus, mini asparagus are tender and crisp, with a more subtle flavour than the larger ones. An alkaline food, it is rich in potassium, folate, vitamins A, C and K, and a good source of dietary fibre. Our mini spears can be served hot or cold, with meat, fish or other vegetables. It can also be the main highlight of more sophisticated dishes.
