An extremely popular choice of leafy vegetable among Singaporeans, Nai Bai is also known as Dwarf Bok Choy. Nai Bai has a mild sweetness with a tinge of mustardy flavor. It is leafy and crunchy even after cooking.

Origin: China

Fresh Tips: Run under cold water to remove dirt between stalks. Stir-fry with garlic, ginger, and/or oyster sauce. Store in mesh bags or in damp kitchen towels in the refrigerator. Nai Bai are more perishable and should be consumed within three days
