Miyazaki Wagyu cattle are raised on a family farm and environment. Their beef is highly valued as the cattle are raised on the natural spring water in the Miyazaki prefecture, on the southern island of Kyushu. Each animal is given a name and raised with the utmost care. The animals are grain fed for over 650 days and no growth hormones are ever administered. No animal protein and no meat by products are mixed with the food.
Fresh Tips: Sirloin has an extremely coarse grain with an obvious direction. It runs all the way down the steak crosswise, so make sure to slice with the grain.
