Imported from Spain, Jamón Iberico Bellota is the highest classification of cured ham in Spain. Specially selected and carved from the slowly cured leg of a black-footed Iberian pig (Pata Negra) that has been fed on acorns and aged for 4 years.
With it superb flavour this ham almost melts in your mouth. The nuttiness of the acorns comes through in the meat and fat, and even better the fat is healthy as it is rich in oleic acid – just like olive oil!
