Hongkong Kai Lan is a leafy Chinese kale that is widely used in Chinese cuisine. It has a noticeably strong flavor that is similar to a broccoli. Available through the year, this dark green leafy vegetable is high in Calcium, Fiber, Folate, Iron, Protein, Vitamin A and C.

Fresh Tips: Commonly stir-fried with oyster sauce or dried shrimps. To store longer, wrap Kai Lan in newspaper and store in the chiller drawer so that the leaves will not dry up
