Our Black Tiger Prawns have a notably firm-textured meat, which makes it especially forgiving and easy to work with. You can cook it whole with the tail or remove the tail before cooking. Tigers are excellent for grilling, steaming, stocks or soups.
Fresh Tips: The digestive tract runs along the back of the body and is best removed. To de-vein a prawn, use a knife to make a slit along the middle of the back to expose the dark vein. Pull out the vein.
