Fresh Tips: Store them in a covered container filled with fresh water and a lemon slice to keep your bean sprouts fresh, white and crisp for a week or more. Stir-fry with minced garlic, ginger or salted dried fish for an oriental flavor. Blanch for not more than 30 seconds, use it in wraps and spring rolls.
